The tour price can change at any time with / without prior notice, if there is a change in the exchange rate (exchange rate) or an increase in flight fares. This change also applies to tour participants who have paid off payments but have not yet departed.

You should read clearly the terms and conditions below before registering.


  • Registration by attaching a valid passport of at least 6 months and a deposit of US $ 300 / participant. Payment of tour fees no later than 14 days before the date of departure (deposit is non refundable / non-refundable to participants.
  • Registration or reservation made by telephone will be awaited payment of the deposit or repayment along with a passport no later than 2 days after booking / registration.
  • Registration that is done less than 15 days before the date of departure must immediately pay the tour fee.


  • Air ticket for economy class (non-endorsable, non refundable and non-reroutable based on group fare or other promotional prices).
  • Lodging in international standard hotels based on 2 (two) or 3 (three) people in one room.
  • Tour events along with all entrance tickets, according to the travel program listed.
  • Eat according to the information stated in the trip.
  • Free luggage maximum of 1 piece with a maximum weight of 20 kg or in accordance with the regulations of the airline used and 1 small bag to be carried on board.
  • One beautiful bag for every member.


  • Airport Tax, travel insurance, and other taxes applicable in the country / place visited.
  • The cost of making travel documents such as: passport, visa, entry permit, etc.
  • Personal expenses such as: mini bar, telephone, room service, laundry, additional food and drinks and other personal expenses.
  • Additional tours (optional) that may be held during the trip.
  • Excess baggage (excess cost of luggage above 20 kg).
  • Import duty for goods subject to import duty by duane in Bali-Indonesia / countries visited.
  • Single supplement fee for participants who occupy 1 room themselves.
  • 1% VAT
  • Tips for local guides, local drivers, hotel / airport porters and tour leaders.


  • Deviation is allowed at least 1 month before the date of departure or before the ticket is issued and costs incurred will be borne by the participants.
  • Lila Travel will damage but does not guarantee the confirmation of the plane, hotel and so on if the participant wants a change or extension (deviation) from the original tour package schedule.
  • There are no returns for participants who are deviated by shortening the tour package schedule.
  • Unused airplane tickets cannot be refunded (non-refundable).


  • Cancellations made within 30 days before the date of departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of USD 300 / person.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days before the date of departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days before the date of departure until the day of departure (no-show) will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price.


    Lila Travel & Tours always strives to provide the best service and responsibility during the trip, but only as tour operators.


  • Accidents, damage, loss and delay in baggage by airlines, hotels, and other transportation equipment.
  • Failures, disruptions and delays from airplanes / trains / other transportation equipment that cause loss of time, additional hotel turnover costs, air transportation or non-use of tourist visas that have been owned by tour participants.
  • Changes in travel events resulting from natural disasters, riots, etc. that are "Force Majeure" Death of participant due to illness, accident, etc.
  • And other causes are beyond our ability.


  • Cancel the date of departure if the number of participants is less than 21 adult participants.
  • Asking tour participants to leave the group if the relevant tour participant tries to make a riot, disrupt the tour, forcefully request and provide incorrect information about the tour program, etc.
  • Replacing hotels that will be used since the hotel is full etc.
  • Postpone the departure date due to the "overbooking to flight" problem.

  • VISA

    Each embassy / consulate has different provisions in terms of supporting data requirements and the length of time for making a visa, but we can assist you in the process of applying for a visa (except for certain countries you have to apply yourself), but LILA TRAVEL is not responsible additional or refund money from the tour fee if the participant experiences deportation or refusal and immigration authority for any reason, including those caused by travel documents that do not meet the requirements or provisions, quarantine, immigration regulations, laws or needs can cause interference / damage to humans and objects.


    If there are special requests such as a meal menu (vegetarian menu, diet etc.), adjacent rooms or interconnected seating chairs on board etc., please notify us when booking tours (reservations) because the special request requires time to confirm and availability depends from the hotel / flight / hotel.
